   Ne İçerir? is an information tool that analyses cosmetic and food ingredient lists based on open sources. By using the app you accept these terms.

   Results are not medical advice. Scores and warnings are for general information; consult a dermatologist for skin concerns. The decision to use a product, and its consequences, are yours.

   Effort at accuracy, not a guarantee. Analyses rely on CosIng, the EU allergen list and published open data; information may still be incomplete or wrong. Manufacturers may change formulations. The final source is always the product's own label.

   We only provide ingredient information about products. We pass no judgment on any brand and take no money from any brand.

   Community contribution: ingredient text read from a label photo is added anonymously, with its barcode, to our shared product database and serves other users too. By scanning a label you accept this sharing. Deliberately uploading false content is forbidden.

   These terms may be updated when needed; significant changes will be announced on this page.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• •The core features of Ne İçerir? are free and will stay free; refunds apply only to the optional Premium subscription.
• •30-day money-back guarantee: You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchasing your Premium subscription, no reason required.
• •You can cancel your subscription at any time. After canceling you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period, after which it does not auto-renew.
• •Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which manages billing, refunds and payment operations. To request a refund, email us at info@neicerir.com or use the link in Paddle's purchase confirmation email.

Privacy Policy

   What we collect: the barcode you scan and the ingredient text (anonymous, for the shared database). If you sign in: your email address and your own scan history. If you use the premium diary: the product and reaction entries you add to it. That is all.

   Photos: the label photo you take to read ingredients is processed on your phone, never uploaded or stored. Only a product photo you deliberately share via 'Add a photo' is uploaded and shown on the product after review. We use no advertising cookies. We measure visits and usage without setting cookies (cookieless mode) via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics; limited measurement data is shared with Google.

   Where it is stored: data is stored on our service providers' (Supabase, Vercel; Google for cookieless measurement) servers abroad.

   We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Our business model is not data sales and never will be.

   If you want your account and scan history deleted, or want to report an error, write to us: info@neicerir.com

Your health and sensitive data

Your skin type, skin concerns and allergy/diet preferences are considered 'special category personal data' (health data) under KVKK/GDPR. This profile information is stored only on your device (in your browser), is never sent to our servers, and is used solely to personalize your scan results; you can delete it anytime with one tap from the profile page. Exception: if you use the premium 'skin/nutrition diary' feature, the entries you deliberately add there (the product, your reaction/tags such as acne or allergy, and the date) are stored on our servers linked to your account; you can delete these entries from the diary page.

Your rights (KVKK & GDPR)

• •Access your data and learn whether it is being processed.
• •Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• •Request deletion of your data (you can also delete it yourself from the account page).
• •Download your data in a portable format (JSON).
• •Object to processing.
• •Withdraw the consent you have given.

To exercise these rights, just email info@neicerir.com; you can also download or delete your data (scans/votes) yourself from the account page.

Services we use (sub-processors)

To provide the service we rely on the following trusted providers:

• •Hosting and content delivery (Vercel).
• •Database, membership and authentication (Supabase).
• •Open community databases to look up product information; these queries are made from your device.
• •Google, for visit/usage measurement (Google Analytics, in cookieless mode) and 'Sign in with Google'.
