What is it, what should you do?
A sulfate-type detergent that provides foam and cleaning in shampoos and shower gels. Because its molecular structure is larger than Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), it is gentler on the skin, but it still strips some natural oils. Mild dryness can be felt with frequent use on dry or sensitive skin; sulfate-free alternatives may be more comfortable for these skins.
