Gentle exfoliating acid (AHA)
What is it, what should you do?
A natural-origin AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) exfoliant that gently sheds the skin's dead surface cells. It also has a mild moisturizing effect and is gentler on the skin than glycolic acid. It helps with uneven tone and a dull appearance; it should be used together with sunscreen because it can make the skin somewhat more sensitive to the sun.
