What is it, what should you do?

A group of emulsifiers (PEG derivatives) that give a cream a smooth texture by keeping water and oil together. They are widely and safely used helper substances in cosmetics with no direct active effect on the skin. Very rarely they can cause mild irritation on sensitive skin, but they pose no problem for the general user base.
