What is this ingredient, what does it do?
Silicone (texture / slip)
What is it, what should you do?
A light, volatile silicone that lets a product spread silkily over the skin. Its pore-clogging risk is very low and it does not prevent the skin from breathing. Some people avoid silicone products purely due to texture preference; there is no known safety issue.
