What is it, what should you do?
The softened sibling of SLS (SLES); it irritates less but is still a strong detergent. The 1,4-dioxane residue that can form during production is regularly monitored and limited. Usually problem-free on normal skin; on frequently washed dry hair and sensitive skin a sulfate-free alternative may be more comfortable.
