What is it, what should you do?
A simple mineral from the same family as table salt, used in products such as shampoo and shower gel to adjust consistency. It has no direct benefit or harm to the skin and is entirely a formulation-purpose substance. At very high concentrations it can contribute to mild dryness on sensitive skin, but typical use levels cause no problem.
