What is it, what should you do?

A group of gentle cleansers, obtained from coconut or similar plant oils, with a low chance of irritating the skin. Compared with harsh sulfates (such as SLS) they disturb the skin's natural moisture barrier less. They are among the cleanser types preferred for dry and sensitive skin.
